I completed my Engineering in the field of Mechanical Engineering from PSIT, Kanpur in 2015. Thereafter I completed my MBA from S.P. Jain School of Global Management, Mumbai. Subsequently I joined my family business of Battery, Battery Containers and plastic packaging items. Once gaining enough experience of technical and commercial angles of business, I launched a plastic home utility brand “Royal Homeware” in 2018. In only 2 years Royal Homeware is in the top 3 household companies in North India. In the year 2019 I stepped into export of household goods. My mantra is to try new developmental strategies in the business every day apart from the daily routine work. “1% improvement done daily, brings magnanimous results.”
Kunal Basak: SAP Labs India Hydrabad
When I joined the B.Tech course, I didn't have the Idea of the impact that PSIT will have on my career. Starting a course in computer science amidst the recession in 2007 was calling for an uncertain future and placements. But sincere efforts of faculty members and initiatives taken by the management were very effective, which shaped up a well informed and confident graduate ready to join the workforce. I was selected by Infosys limited through campus placement, and while working pursued my MBA degree from IIT Kharagpur. Post which I worked with MNCs like Deloitte Consulting US, UnitedHealth Group, and currently working with SAP labs India. I thank PSIT for being the stepping stone for my success.
Manas Singh: Indian Forest Service (IFS) AIR-20
PSIT played a pivotal role in helping me setting a strong foundation for pursuing my goal of becoming a civil servant. It was the continuous support and encouragement of the faculty members, management and training department which helped me realise my dream of becoming the part of INDIAN FOREST SERVICE (IFS), one of the 3 All India Services in the country. PSIT helped me think and aspire beyond horizons to achieve my dream.
